What can one make with cactcus?  How to cook it? I tasted some and thought it was string beans well cooked.

I did a search for you for Cactus Recipes in Google and it came up with a list so you could try that.  Cactus are not readily available here as a foood source and I would not have thought of that.  I found that what we do have in the UK is a freuit from a cactus available to buy called Dragon Fruit. I did try that some time back.
