Asian Chicken & Rice Bake Serving Size: 4 3/4 cup rice -- uncooked long-grain white 1 pound chicken breast halves without skin -- 4 breasts 1 can condensed Golden Mushroom soup -- (10 3/4 ounces) 3/4 cup water 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 2 tablespoons honey 2 cups frozen broccoli flowerets 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon Paprika -- for garnish 1 teaspoon sesame seeds -- for garnish Spread the rice and broccoli in an 11 x 8-inch (2-quart) shallow baking dish Top with the chicken. Stir the soup, water, soy sauce, vinegar, honey and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle with the paprika. sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Cover.
